Free health insurance.
Often times companies offer health insurance plans, and staff members are able to choose from two or three plans and compare options and cost. In some cases, you don't end up getting a plan that truly fits your needs completely. Beacuause of this, Gallosky Networks does health insurance differently. Simply choose your own plan, and give us the bill each month. We'll cover your dental, medical, and vision expenses up to $300.
While we don't have an executive chef, nor do we have a gourmet kitchen, we do give our team full access to our kitchen in the break room. Enjoy your favorite toaster oven-friendly foods for both breakfast and lunch, along with endless coffees and teas to choose from. Still hungry? At Gallosky Networks, it's always snack time! Enjoy a selection of nuts, candy, and other munchies that will surely tie you over!
We truly appreciate our team. After all, they help our clients manage all aspects of technology and keep their business running. They provide innovative solutions to conquer any technical problem. And they help keep our back office running too. Once a month, we hold a team appreciation party, filled with games, events, and of course, catered food. All are welcome to attend, including family and friends. It's the least we can do to show our team how valued they truly are.
We believe that break time should be on your time. We don't have set break or lunch times to dictate when you need to refuel. Simply stop into our break room during some down time and take a rest! We prefer you take a break or lunch when you're in need of a recharge. Also in the break room you'll find table-top games such as air hockey and ping-pong, along with card games for you and the team to enjoy whenever, plus popular streaming apps.
Learn new things.
Each day, our team learns new things, and we share our knowledge with each other. We embrace a culture where knowledge is transferred between one another, and never kept to just one person. Using Microsoft Stream, we often will record how to complete a task so everyone can help out if needed by watching a quick video on the topic. Knowledge is power, and should never be restricted to just one person.

As much as possible, we only promote from within. Most of us have started out being a Client Support/Success Intern, and have worked our way up into management. During the interview process, we'll talk about advancement opportunities down the line, and stay refreshed with your goals so when an opportunity arrises you'll be ready for promotion. We'll always mentor and help in any way possible to help advance your career and position with us.
