You charge per user. What about for part-time employees?

Our primary solution, Managed Care Plan, covers all full time employees that have a dedicated computer. For all users who share a computer, including part time employees, we have a second solution, Managed Care Plus. The Managed Care Plus plan offers unlimited support for a reduced cost.

What if we have more than one device?

With our Managed Care Plan, each user can have up to two computers that we will support. All other devices, including tablets, cell phones, servers, printers, and networking equipment are supported free of charge. If one user has more than two computers, a Managed Care Plus Plan may also be necessary for that user.

What hours do you normally take support calls?

Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm excluding major holidays. We offer after hours and weekend support for all emergencies. We can, however, work with your business if you'd like to adjust the support hours to the needs of your business.
