Room by Room Organizing contacted us in need of developing a solution for their staff to increase communication and modernize their business by eliminating paper.

The solution.

Gallosky Networks first assessed the business and determined that they were using Microsoft Office 365 for their email services, but were not using SharePoint. We first set up email accounts for all staff, including the cleaning staff. We then converted all forms and documentation into electronic format, and set up permissions in SharePoint based on job title and department. Lastly, we set up Microsoft Teams for the business, and created groups for each department. Staff are now given their daily schedules via email, and all cusotmer documentation is stored in SharePoint. Cleaners complete their 109 point checklist electronically, and the office staff are notified immediatley once the form has been submitted.
